Born and raised in Cincinnati, Steve is a disciplined sales professional dedicated to his clients' satisfaction for over 36 years.

Steve is a hometown graduate of Moeller High School where he learned that discipline and hard work will get you everywhere! It got Steve a football scholarship to the University of Notre Dame where he earned a Bachelor's degree in both Economics and Secondary Education.

Steve's fighting Irish football team won the National Championship in 1973, his junior year and Steve was named second team All American in 1974. He then went on to play for the Oakland Raiders, helping to earn World Championship titles in 1975, 1980 and 1983.

Steve began selling real estate during his NFL off seasons starting in 1978. In 1984, at the close of his football career, Steve became a full-time realtor. Since then, his successes have grown from the Cincinnati Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence Club since 1985. He also has been one of the city's top-ten ranked real estate agents in productivity for the past 21 years.

Steve has been married to his wife Laurie for 35 years. The Sylvester family resides in the Village of Montgomery and has 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. Lauren received both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Dayton and is now teaching in special education at Mariemont Schools. She and her husband have a young daughter and a new born son. Katie received her Bachelor's degree from Loyola University and her Master's degree from the University of Cincinnati and after serving abroad in the Peace Corps, has returned home as a recruiter for that organization. Lindsey is a stylist at Mitchells Salon & Day Spa in Kenwood. She and her husband have a young son.
